COURSE OVERVIEW:
The Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWPs) is for any employees who may require operating MEWPs including scissor lift, cherry pickers and articulated booms. MEWPs are powered access machines used in a large range of Construction and Warehousing sectors.
COURSE CONTENT:
All course candidates will complete a theory session incorporating elements of Health and Safety, Vehicle Stability, Hazard Identification, Operational Pre-Use Checks, fault reporting.
Candidates will then undertake practical training and assessments to build operator confidence and abilities to ensure the safe operation of MEWPs in the workplace.

CERTIFICATION:
A Certificate of Basic Training for each operator will be issued upon successful completion of both the Theoretical Knowledge and Practical exams. An In-House Certificate or a NORS Certificate which is fully RTITB Accredited can also be provided at an additional registration cost.
PR Training Ltd can also deliver ‘In House’ training courses and certification to cover health and safety guidelines set out by HSE in line with HSG L117.
