PR Training Ltd offers ADR Training for drivers who need to carry dangerous goods by road. We also provide ADR Awareness Training for employees who may handle or package dangerous goods for transportation.
Carrying goods by road or rail involves the risk of traffic accidents. If the goods are dangerous, there is also the risk of incidents, such as spillage, leading to hazards such as fire, explosion, chemical burn or environmental damage.
The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations (CDG) and the European agreement “Accord européen relatif au transport international des marchandises dangereuses par route” (ADR) together regulate the carriage of dangerous goods by road.
ADR courses are required for any driver who carries hazardous materials in any vehicles. We offer these courses at our centres in Willenhall and Dudley (West Midlands) or on customer premises.
This course provides attendees the opportunity to gain information and knowledge to become familiar with the basic principles of ADR carriage of dangerous goods.
